As long as I get the price for my seller's home that they want and the terms of the contract meet their demands, then I've done my job for them. Their home may sell in a few days, or a few months. As long as they are pleased and know I am representing them honestly and fairly, I have done my job. Buyers, I will search for your home using your exact criteria until I find your perfect home and I will negotiate hard to get you the very lowest price and most attractive terms. Sellers, as your agent you can expect weekly communication, thousands of dollars invested in marketing and worldwide networking. I will do everything I can to get many buyers through your door and deliver you a contract with the highest possible price for your home.
